• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2 hours of placement. After this, your order will be prepared for shipment, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

2. How to Cancel an Order

• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request is approved.

3. Processed Orders

Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the product, please refer to our Return Policy for information on how to return the item after you receive it.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Refund Processing: Once your cancellation is approved, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
• Payment Method: Refunds will only be issued to the payment method used during the purchase.
